3.1 Types of In-App Purchases
Cruv may offer the following types of in-app purchases:
- Premium Subscriptions: Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription plans that provide access to premium features, exclusive content, or enhanced functionality.
- One-Time Purchases: Virtual currency, premium content, features, or items that can be purchased once and used permanently.
- Consumable Purchases: Items that can be purchased multiple times and are consumed upon use (e.g., virtual coins, credits, or temporary boosts).
- Non-Consumable Purchases: Items that are purchased once and remain available permanently (e.g., removing ads, unlocking features).
3.2 Payment Processing
All in-app purchases are processed through secure third-party payment processors:
- Apple App Store: For iOS users, purchases are processed through Apple's secure payment system. We do not have access to your credit card information or Apple ID password.
- Google Play Store: For Android users, purchases are processed through Google's secure payment system. We do not have access to your credit card information or Google account password.
- Other Payment Methods: Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region and platform.
We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Payment information is handled exclusively by Apple, Google, or other authorized payment processors in accordance with their privacy policies and security standards.
3.3 Information Collected for Purchases
When you make an in-app purchase, we may collect:

- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of price changes, and your subscription will continue at the new price unless you cancel.
- Free Trials: If you start a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
3.5 Purchase Restoration
You can restore previous purchases on new devices or after reinstalling the app:
- Use the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app settings
- Ensure you are signed in with the same account used for the original purchase
- Restoration is verified through Apple or Google's purchase verification system
We may retain purchase records to facilitate restoration, even after you delete your account, for a period required by law or platform policies.
3.6 Purchase Data Retention
We retain purchase and subscription information for:
- As long as your account is active
- For a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes (as required by law in many jurisdictions)
- To facilitate purchase restoration and customer support

3.7 Refund Policy

3.8 Family Sharing and Sharing Purchases
For iOS users, Apple's Family Sharing feature may allow family members to share certain in-app purchases. This is managed entirely through Apple's systems, and we do not control or have access to Family Sharing settings.
We do not support sharing purchases between separate accounts or devices outside of platform-provided features.
3.9 Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in your local currency based on your App Store or Play Store region. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may be added to the purchase price according to your local tax laws.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
Important: All users are responsible for the content they create, post, or share on Cruv. We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.
5.1 Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Cruv and will result in immediate removal and potential account suspension or termination:
5.1.1 Sexual or Explicit Content
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
- Nudity or partial nudity in a sexual context
- Sexual acts, sexual services, or sexual solicitation
- Content that promotes or depicts sexual exploitation, including of minors
- Sexually suggestive content involving minors
- Any content that violates laws regarding child sexual abuse material
5.1.2 Violent or Disturbing Content
- Graphic violence, gore, or depictions of death
- Content that glorifies or promotes violence
- Disturbing or graphic images that may cause emotional distress
- Content depicting self-harm, suicide, or instructions for self-harm
- Animal cruelty or abuse
- Real-world violence, including but not limited to shootings, bombings, or terrorist acts
5.1.3 Gambling Content
- Promotion of illegal gambling activities
- Links to unlicensed gambling websites
- Content that encourages gambling addiction
- Promotion of betting, lotteries, or casino activities where prohibited by law
5.1.4 Drug-Related Content
- Promotion, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Content that encourages drug use or abuse
- Instructions for manufacturing illegal drugs
- Promotion of drug paraphernalia for illegal use
- Content that glorifies or romanticizes drug addiction
5.1.5 Political Content
- Content that promotes political extremism, terrorism, or violent political movements
- False or misleading political information designed to influence elections

- Content that promotes white supremacy, neo-Nazism, or similar ideologies
5.1.7 Harassment and Bullying
- Content that harasses, bullies, or intimidates other users
- Threats of violence, harm, or death
- Doxxing (sharing private information without consent)
- Repeated unwanted contact or stalking behavior
- Content that encourages others to harass or harm individuals
- Cyberbullying, including but not limited to spreading rumors, posting embarrassing photos, or creating fake profiles
5.1.8 Other Prohibited Content
- Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
- Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of intellectual property
- Content that violates privacy rights of others
- False or misleading information that could cause harm
- Content that promotes illegal activities
- Impersonation of other users, public figures, or organizations
- Content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
5.2 Content Moderation and Enforcement
We employ a combination of automated systems and human moderators to review and moderate content on our platform. Our moderation process includes:
- Automated Detection: We use advanced algorithms and machine learning to detect prohibited content, including but not limited to:
- Image recognition for explicit or violent content
- Text analysis for hate speech, harassment, and spam
- Pattern detection for coordinated harmful behavior

- Notify the user who posted the content
- Take appropriate action against the account (warning, suspension, or permanent ban)

- If the content does not violate our policies, we will explain why and provide guidance
- You can appeal our decision if you believe it was incorrect
5.3.3 Protection for Reporters
- We keep reporter identities confidential and do not share them with the reported user

- Users who retaliate against reporters will face immediate account suspension or termination

5.4 Consequences for Policy Violations
Violations of our UGC policy may result in the following actions, depending on the severity and frequency of violations:
- Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning
- Temporary Suspension: Accounts may be suspended for 24 hours to 30 days
- Permanent Ban: Severe violations, repeated violations, or violations involving illegal activity will result in permanent account termination
- Subscription Cancellation: In cases of severe violations, we may cancel any active subscriptions without refund

- IP Ban: In extreme cases, we may ban IP addresses to prevent repeat offenders from creating new accounts
5.5 Your Responsibilities

Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions separately through your device's App Store or Play Store settings before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
